A cathode ray tuve (CRT) is the glass video imaging component of an electronic device (usually a television or computer monitor). CRTs can be recycled if reuse or repair are not practical options. Recycled CRTs are typically broken into pieces with this process valuable materials can be recovered.

As HSK, we offer a specially designed closed circuit CRT Recycling Systems that has no contact with outside.

This system starts with CRT unit that placed in a pneumatic controlled cover and follows the steps below by closing the pneumatic cover.

  • Mechanical Shredding
  • Magnetic Decomposition
  • HEPA and activated carbon filtering

At the end of the processes, wastes such as metal and copper are realesed while this process is done without any harm to the environment and human beings.
