Bag Openers
Bag openers are an effective recycling equipment that is widely used specially in domestic waste processes.
It provides to separate economically value products from the bagged wastes. Bag openers consist of two parts in general.
First Part : Storage bunker with steel pallet conveyor where products are stored and fed. The steel pallets in this section are driven by a special manufacturing chain system and allow for the transmission of high-capacity materials. The bunker volume and transmission speed can be adjusted according to hourly capacity.
Second Part : It is the head part where wastes come from steel pallet conveyor bunker opened with a fixed and rotary blade system. In this part, there are different types and numbers of rotary blades according to the product and capacity. These rotary blades allow the material to pass through the fixed blades when returning and prepare for the separation of valuable products by opening the bags.
